approved.

Yes. Complimentary engraving is included with Roman & Co rings.
You may personalise your ring with a date, initials, or a meaningful word that subtle detail
meant only for the two of you.

Most custom-made rings are completed within 10 working days, depending on design
complexity.
Because all crafting is done in-house, we can maintain both efficiency and quality.

Yes, urgent timelines may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Please inform us early so we can advise responsibly without compromising quality.

Yes. Minor resizing is possible depending on the ring design.
We will always advise what is technically safe for long-term wear.

Orders can be placed in-store or through a private consultation.
A 50% deposit of the total order amount is required to begin production.

Yes. We offer both lab-grown diamonds and natural diamonds.
We explain the differences clearly and honestly so you can choose based on values, lifestyle
and budget without pressure.

All diamonds are certified by internationally recognised laboratories such as GIA or IGI,
ensuring authenticity and transparency.

We offer 18K gold (white gold, yellow gold, rose gold) and platinum.
Each option will be explained based on durability, maintenance and daily wear comfort.

Yes. Roman & Co provides lifetime cleaning and inspection services for all jewellery.
We believe a ring is meant to be worn for life, not just admired once.

For rings worn daily, we recommend professional cleaning and inspection once every six
months to maintain sparkle and setting security.

For orders within Malaysia, Roman & Co offers the following payment options:

We accept VISA and MasterCard for transactions. All card payments are processed securely.

• Verified by Visa / MasterCard Secure Code
For added security, card transactions are protected by Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code to help confirm your identity.
Please note that these security features do not guarantee payment approval, which remains subject to your bank’s authorisation.

• Online Bank Transfer (FPX)
FPX transfers are available for payments.

• Offline Bank Transfer
Offline bank transfers are applicable for orders. Our team will provide the necessary details upon confirmation.

If you require assistance with payment arrangements, please feel free to contact our team and we will be happy to guide you.

We provide flexible instalment plans with selected partner banks: Maybank, Public Bank, and UOB.
Plans available:

• 6 months at 0% interest
• 12 months at 2% interest
• 24 months at 4% interest

All instalment plans are subject to bank approval and applicable minimum spend. Kindly
contact our team for further assistance.
The offline instalment plans are only available at our JB showroom.

Yes. We offer FREE insured delivery throughout Malaysia, including East Malaysia.
International delivery can be arranged upon request.

Yes. Self-collection from our showroom is available and recommended for a more personal
